For Year 11 and 12 students (only) and their partners $150 per person
To be held on Friday, April 22 at the Fremantle Sailing Club, Marine Terrace, Fremantle from 7pm to midnight.
Year 12 students are permitted to invite one friend or partner to accompany them to the Ball. It will be necessary to know the name of the partner and their phone number for Duty of Care purposes on the evening. A separate Partner Application form must be completed by the partner/friend if this person is not a student at the College. Your partner/friend will accompany you at your table for the evening.
A deposit of $75 is to be paid by Monday March 21. Partner deposits must be paid by this date also. Their deposit will be refunded if their application is not approved. Partner Application forms are available from Student Services and can be placed in the red box at Student Services.
The balance of $75 must be paid by Monday, April 4.
Once full payment has been received, the Committee will issue you with a formal invitation/ticket to the Ball as a keepsake.
